Joe P. Bynum

1647441_profile_picJoe was born on June 6, 1938, in Pampa, Texas to I.R. Bynum and Hattie Owens Bynum.
Joe and Nita were married on March 15, 1958 in North Hollywood, California. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Spearman. Joe retired from Panhandle Eastern Pipeline in 1989 and owned and operated Corner Service Station until 2003.
He was preceded in death by his parents, six brothers; Dick, Johnny, Phillip, Gene, Elmer and Ralph and a sister, Rose Ellen and beloved family member, Buddy.

Joe is survived by his wife Nita, three sons, Kevin and wife, Ronda Bynum of Spearman, Kurt and wife Lelia Bynum of Spearman and Karl and wife Annette Bynum of Spearman. Daughter Kellianne and husband Dee Brown of Lubbock, TX; brother, Paul and wife Julie Bynum of Silsbee, TX; sister, Beth and husband Gary Westberry of Valdosta, CA. and sister-in-law Clo Ann Bynum of Guymon, OK. Joe is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Services will be on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at the First Christian Church in Spearman at 1:00p.m. with Toni Bailey officiating. Burial will follow at Hansford Cemetery Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Spearman.
